RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City does
hereby approve and execute an agreement with Waters & Company to assist in the City
Administrator recruitment and selection process.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City approve the placement of Assistant City
Administrator Gary Neumann in an out-of-class status in his capacity of Interim City Administrator
effective the first payroll period following Mr. Kvenvold’s resignation date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City approve the 2017 Department Head Wage
Structure. A copy of the Structure is attached.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
