WHEREAS, Mayo Clinic, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common
Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Amended Land
Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on February 6, 2017, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lots 1 , 14, 15 and 10, Block 1. and that part of the vacated 16 foot wide alley adjacent to
said Leat 11 , all in IF"LATH I S AI IDMTIINON, Olmsted) County, Minnesota,
EXCEPT: The North 8.0 feet of theSouth 825 feet of the fifteen foot wide alleyway running
nor0i and south and located between 2nd Street S'W and 6th Street SW and between 14th
Avenue SW and 16th Avenue SW,, all in Feather:'s Addition to the City of Rochester, Olmsted
County, Minnesota.
Containing 0.50 acres, more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS HERMAN HOUSE ADDITION, submitted by MAYO CLINIC, owner and is
hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown
on said plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 12017.
