RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
and adopt the City of Rochester Emergency Operations Plan.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Plan on behalf of the
City and to forward the Plan to the State of Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency
Management Division for its review.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
