Bid Package 33A First Avenue Utilities Elcor Construction NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota: (1) That the above bids in the amounts listed are hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the standard City contract for construction with the listed entities in the name of the City of Rochester for the following local improvement(s): J2582 City Parking Ramp No. 6, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the Common Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. (2) The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been executed. All contracts shall be executed by the bidder within ten days after the contract is ready for bidder’s signature, and if not executed by bidder in said time, bidder shall be deemed to have abandoned the same.
