RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Common
Council finds that the following streets, or portions thereof, located within the City should be added
to the Municipal State Aid System:

1. 26 Street N.W., from 18 ½ Avenue to Highway 52 West Frontage Road.

2. Highway 52 West Frontage Road from 19 Street to 26 Street N.W.

3. 48 Street N.W., from 31 Avenue to Highway 52 West Frontage Road.

4. Highway 52 West Frontage Road from 26 Street to 41 Street N.W.

5. 20 Street S.E., from 11 Avenue to Marion Road.

6. Maine Avenue S.E., from 48 Street S.E., to St. Bridgets Road S.E.

7. Scott Road N.W., from 19 Street to Commerce Drive N.W.

8. Commerce Drive N.W., from Scott Road to 26 Street N.W.

9. 26 Street N.W., from West Circle Drive to Commerce Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Common Council finds that the following streets, or portions thereof, located within the City should
be deleted from the Municipal State Aid System:
