RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute Amendment #1 to the RCVB lease with the City to allow a small amount of space to
be occupied by the Greater Rochester Arts and Cultural Trust.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this amendment on behalf of the City.
