THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Subdivision 3 of Section 19B.100 of the Rochester Code of Ordinances is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: Subd. 3 Landmark Properties. A. Those properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places. B. Those properties appearing on Attachment 2. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective from and after publication.
