RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Stonehenge Townhomes, LLC, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of
Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon
its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on May 1, 2017, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Outlot A, STONEHEDGE TOWNHOMES FOURTH COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY
NUMBER 291 FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in
the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota.

TO BE KNOWN AS STONEHENGE 4 CIC #291 SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL, submitted by
Stonehenge Townhomes, LLC, owner, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or
interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
