RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
an amended City-Owner Contract with Village Capital Corporation, (Owner), Elcor Construction,
Inc., (Contractor), and WSB & Associates, Inc., (Design Engineer) for Project J5457, “Watermain
& Hydrants to Serve River Glen Apartments – J5457 Phase 2 (Lot 1, Block 1, Allen Third
Subdivision).”
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition of full execution
of the contracts by the Owner, Contractor and Engineer, as well as, Contractor supplying
approved Bond and Insurance Documentation and Construction and Grading Plans being
approved prior to commencement of public improvements work included in the Contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City execute a Contract for Professional Technical
Services with WSB & Associates, Inc., for the amount of $10,325.00 for work related to Project
J5457 Phase 2, “Watermain & Hydrants to Serve River Glen Apartments (Lot 1, Block 1, Allen
Third Subdivision).”
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these agreements on
behalf of the City.
