RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a Utility Connection Agreement with Ronald Mark Landgrebe, the owner of real property described
as Lot 1, Block 3, Rose Harbor First Subdivision, Olmsted County, Minnesota – PIN
63.07.13.037710.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
