RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with PVN (Professional Design Works) in an amount not to
exceed $60,083 to conduct a Downtown Landmark District study.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
