RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with Barr Engineering Company in the amount of $8,000.00
for technical assistance with Recertification of Bear Creek Levee, J4879.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
