RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a Septic System Replacement/Sanitary Sewer Utility Connection Agreement with Ronald O. &
th
Linda L. Fess for property described as Lot 9, Block 2, 55 Street Estates First Subdivision,
Olmsted County, Minnesota – PIN RP 74.09.32.064664.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
