RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a Utility Connection Agreement with Pagenhart Properties LLC, for real property described as the

Outlot B, Hadley Creek Outlots 2, Olmsted County, Minnesota – PIN 73.18.23.080242.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
