RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
Amendment No. 1 to a professional services agreement with WHKS & Co., in the amount of
$15,158.00, for design of the project Sanitary Sewer Repair from MH 08/0546 to MH 08/0538,
Arbor Drive N.W., J-4408.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
