RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
Revised City-Owner Contract with 998 Rochester, LLC, (Owner), Ramsey Companies, Inc.,
(Contractor), and Rehder & Associates, (Design Engineer) for Project J5485, “Public Watermain &

Hydrants to Serve Mayowood Commons Retail (Lot 2, Block 1, Riverfront Commons 3).”
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition of full execution
of the contracts by the Owner, Contractor and Engineer, as well as, Contractor supplying
approved Bond and Insurance Documentation and Construction and Grading Plans being
approved prior to commencement of public improvements work included in the Contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City execute a Contract for Professional Technical
Services with G-Cubed, Inc., for the amount of $2,400.00 for work related to Project J5485, “Public
Watermain & Hydrants to Serve Mayowood Commons Retail (Lot 2, Block 1, Riverfront Commons
rd)
3.”
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these agreements on
behalf of the City.
