RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an Option Agreement with Rochester Topsoil for the potential purchase of land along
South Broadway for a transit park and ride location.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
