RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of

and execute a Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement with Olmsted County for portions of 55 Street

N.W., 37 Street N.W./N.E., and West River Road.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
