RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 1 with Knutson Construction Service Rochester, Inc., in the amount of
$465,015.05 for City Project No. J2582, City of Rochester Parking Ramp #6.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
